My Promethean/Smart pen is broken, where can I get a replacement?

The IT department does not provide any Promethean or Smart pens. If you would like a new pen then please take your broken pen to Ms. Accettura or her secretary, Shannon, for a replacement.

If you would like to confirm that the pen is broken and not just the Prometheans inability to connect with the pen, you may place a ticket with us and we will perform our checks.
