Our new support ticketing system will streamline your support requests and allow you to check on your ticket status.
Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.
For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.
A valid email address with an @schools.nyc.gov or an @fdrhs.org domain is required to submit a ticket.

You MUST open a ticket to receive support. Personal owned devices are not supported by the school's IT department.
